DetailsWhy early CPR matters
An emergency can happen anywhere. Knowing what to do can make a difference before professional help arrives.
During cardiac arrest, a person's heart stops pumping effectively, preventing oxygenated blood from reaching their brain and critical organs. With irreversible brain damage capable of occurring in under six minutes, every second counts. By delivering immediate CPR, you manually keep oxygenated blood moving through their system, buying critical time and keeping the person alive until emergency medical services arrive.
“Early CPR could double or triple a person’s chance of survival.”
What we teach
Classes are hands-on and shaped around your group, so participants leave prepared to step in and help. Choose the topics that fit, or ask us to cover all five.
-
Adult CPR
Recognizing an emergency, calling for help, and giving steady chest compressions to an adult.
-
Child CPR
How CPR changes for a child, from hand position to how hard and how deep to press.
-
Infant CPR
The gentler, specific technique used for babies.
-
AED use
How to use an automated external defibrillator by following its prompts, alongside CPR.
-
Choking response
What to do when an adult, child, or infant is choking.
